Wildflower Golf Course Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Wildflower Golf Course’s online reservation platform, powered by ChronoGolf by Lightspeed. By accessing, browsing, or using our online booking services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to the general Lightspeed/ChronoGolf terms of use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Online Reservation Services

Reservations for tee times at Wildflower Golf Course can be made online via ChronoGolf by Lightspeed.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Payment terms and any applicable fees are displayed at checkout and must be accepted to complete your reservation.
All users must check in at the golf shop at least five (5) minutes before their reserved tee time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or delay if other parties are ready to play.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Tee time cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling the golf shop during business hours. Cancellations are not accepted via voicemail or email.
If you fail to cancel within 24 hours and the tee time cannot be rebooked, your credit card will be charged for the reserved green fees.
No-shows will be charged the full green fee for the missed reservation.

3. Payment and Refunds

All online deals and tee time bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Online-exclusive deals are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Rain checks may be issued only if inclement weather prevents play, at the discretion of Wildflower Golf Course staff.
Cart rentals are not included unless explicitly stated in the booking details.

4. Course Rules and Conduct

All players must adhere to Wildflower Golf Course’s Club Rules & Regulations, including but not limited to pace of play, golf cart usage, and general code of conduct.
Wildflower reserves the right to deny service or access to the course for improper, distasteful, or dangerous conduct.
Members and guests are responsible for any damage or personal injury caused and must indemnify Wildflower Golf Course for any resulting claims.

5. Facility Access and Limitations

Wildflower Golf Course may host special events or tournaments that restrict access to certain facilities or tee times. No liability is assumed for temporary suspensions due to maintenance, weather, or events beyond Wildflower’s control.
Wildflower is not responsible for personal property loss, theft, or damage on the premises to the greatest extent allowed by law.

6. Severe Weather Policy

Wildflower does not provide an inclement weather warning system. Golfers play at their own risk and may suspend play at their discretion. Rain checks may be available in cases of severe weather, subject to staff approval.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tee time or purchasing an online deal through ChronoGolf by Lightspeed, you agree to these Wildflower Golf Course Terms and Conditions, as well as the general ChronoGolf/Lightspeed terms of use.
Wildflower Golf Course and Lightspeed reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the reservation service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
